Welcome to the Advanced Defensive Driving Course, a four-hour theory curriculum conducted by Newport Driving School. This course builds the knowledge foundation behind safe, proactive driving — the judgment and awareness that let a driver prevent a collision long before it becomes unavoidable.

The course is organized into eight 30-minute modules, each focused on a specific area of defensive driving knowledge. Every module ends with a short 5-question quiz to check understanding before moving on. After completing all eight modules, participants take a comprehensive 25-question final exam covering the full course. A passing score of 80% (20 of 25 questions correct) is required to complete the course.
